My company has been investing in real estate and real estate development since 2016.  Over the years I have noticed that many of the families who contacted us could not qualify for the property; especially after the housing market crash in 2008. Although these were great families with good jobs they were not able to qualify with the banks and mortgage companies. 

 

We decided to help these families by allowing them to finance through our company and not rely on the bank, as a way to help them become property owners

 

By doing this we are helping the average hard-working American family participate in the American dream of real estate ownership, whether it’s an existing home, a fully renovated home or vacant land.
