Owner Finance Process:
Complete your buyer application and pay the $500 application fee. If you are not approved then $250 of the application fee is refunded to you.
Upon approval, the title company will process the purchase of your new home. The title company requires a non-refundable $500 deposit.
During closing the buyer must provide one year of home owners insurance and two months of the required taxes.
Buyer will also pay the down payment which is usually 10% of the purchase price (ex. Purchase price $100,000; Down payment $10,000).
