I've been investing in real estate and real estate development since 2016.  Over the years I have noticed than many of the families who contacted us could not qualify for the property; especially after the housing market crash in 2008. Although these were great families with good jobs they were not able to qualify with the banks and mortgage companies. 

 

We decided to help these families by allowing them to finance through our company and not rely on the bank.

 

By doing this we are building up communities by renovating these houses like new and allowing people who could not qualify for mortgages buy homes and make their dreams come true.
